Advantages: you can view some live events, and some reair

Disadvantages: has not got NFL rights

Nasn (North American Sport Network) is a channel which broadcast one or two live events a day, and the remaining time re-air of games finished, programs about north american sports and so on.

Looking at the channel list you will probably find that the quality isn't that great, unluckily nasn has no right to broadcast NFL american football in the UK, so right now is all about Baseball, college football and some racing events, not exactly the quality you are probably looking for, I don't exactly know the status of nhl rights.

NASN cost 8 £ at month and is available through the setanta sport package with sky or virgin media, with that if the website is correctly you will get some others channels including setanta sports 1,2 racing uk and a couple of others.

I personally find nasn schedule to be a little too much about baseball and some college football so you can probably consider the option if you are a huge baseball or college football fan, if you already got a sky subscription, especially including sports and so on nasn right now is probably not a good option
