Advantages: Easy to use and generally good quality goods.

Disadvantages: Probably won't get your goods if you pay by cheque!!!!

Awaiting Stock!!! In October I ordered a Liz Earle TSV at 00.10am and on another day a Craft TSV at 9.15am, both were in stock and not limited. I arranged to send a cheque, they give you 10 days. A few days later paid by card instead. Goods never arrived, have had various reasons why they are not available, and still showing 'Awaiting Stock'. No response to e-mails. Convinced that they sold the stock they were holding and hoped to replace it. They shouldn't offer the cheque service if the stock is not there. Very disappointed. Have used many times without problem, and happy with quality of goods. If you use QVC DO NOT use the cheque system.

Summary: QVC - can it handle the increased demand....................
