Advantages: Some Products Exclusive To QVC, 30 Day Money Back Gurantee,

Disadvantages: Customer Service Not First Class, Don't Forget to Include The P&P, Majority of Products Not Cheapest

QVC have gone downhill over the last 12 months. I do not find them the cheapest on all their products as they sugeest especially on beauty and some of their craft products.
Their Customer Service is awful, especially the team throuh webmaster.
I have recenlty had to call them as they sent the wrong item, and one of the items received was damaged. They never want to apologise and always end the call with "thank you for calling QVC" which in this instance was not appropriate.
Recently I ordered an item through QVC Active and the P&P was stated as £0.00. Later that day they changed the P&P to £4.95 and charged my credit card the additional P&P without liaising with me. They eventually agreed to refumd the P&P they had charged.
QVC really need to look at themselves as their service, quality and value is not as first class as they lead everyone to believe.

Summary: QVC great wahen everthing runs smoothly. Recenlty though too many negative issues arising with QVC.
