I ordered a Grundig TV from QVC on a TSV, the price was similar to that elsewhere but was on 3 payments so a good idea. The TV arrived with no remote!! I had purchased this as a gift for my daughter who was going into hospital and needed to convalesce at home for a few weeks and thought this a great thing to purchase for her. One month on, convalescence over, we still have not received the replacement remote. QVC are not in the least bit interested in the disappointment this has caused and all they say is it is on its way, another one is on its way or it takes 7-10 days each time one is sent out, we are now on the 3rd one to be sent out. I am sure this is not the truth but there is nothing I can do about it. No apology has been received at any time, no consideration that this has been going on so long and has totally ruined what was hoped to be a gift to someone who was unwell. Please think twice before using them for any larger item as the Customer Service is just absolutely non existent when there is a problem.
