Advantages: Fast & efficient service with quality goods

Disadvantages: I haven't found one yet .

I have been shopping with QVC for 12 years & can honestly say out of all the Internet shops I use ,QVC is number one.
My goods have always arrived within 7-10 days & the quality & value for money is excellent.
When contacting QVC I've always been spoken to in a polite & efficient way & applaud thier customer service team for its willingness to help however small or simple the problem is .
Today I called to enquire about a very expensive large pre-lite Christmas tree and without having to ask they have put one on 'hold' for me until my pension comes in , this for a disabled person like myself is customer services at its best .
QVC is setting the standards that all Internet shops should follow and I for one will remain a faithful customer to such a honest hardworking company such as this.

Summary: A company who thinks about its customers, is happy to help and is honest.
