Advantages: armchair shopping without fuss.

Disadvantages: P&P charges bump up the price of purchases

Living in a very isolated Cornish village, and not being able to drive due to ill health, I shop a lot from Q.V.C. and have never found a problem with them. They always deliver within 7 days, and if I'm not happy with my purchase, I just send it back, whether I have used it or not.

I have purchased many items from Q.V.C. without any problems, and have been shopping with them now for 3 years, without a single complaint.

I particularly love their Northern Nights bedding, and bought a down duvet from them. When it arrived, I could see through it when I held it up to the light, and thought it would not maintain warmth, but it is fabulously warm, and without weight.
The bedding range is also very good, and always washes beautifully.

All in all, I am very satisfied with Q.V.C. and after buying items from Ideal World, Q.V.C's rival, and not receiving my goods, it made me realise how much more proffessional Q.V.C. are.

I recently purchased beautiful Christmas decorations, that are very different from anything I can buy in the shops. They are very well made, and were reasonably priced. All I can say is, well done Q.V.C. I am a fan.

I can always speak to a real person, (who's first language is English.) any time of the day, or night if I have a problem, and phone calls are free.

Yes, the presenters can waffle on a bit, but I can always browse and buy easily over the internet, if I don't feel like watching the shows.
I consider Q.V.C. to be my armchair department store, and long may they reign!!
