Advantages: Some items cheaper than the high street stores. Easy to order.

Disadvantages: Not so easy to get your money back!

QVC is a channel devoted to shopping 24hrs a day, 365 days a year. Ordering from QVC is easy. Every day they have a special item at reduced price called "Todays Special Value" In fact most of my purchases have been "TSV"s The "TSV" can be anything from
clothes, to CD players, computers, digital cameras, lighting, jewellery.....the list goes on.....

You can order by phone at a time that suits you and you can also order over the internet, which I have found to be quick and easy. Most of the items that I've ordered have arrived fairly quickly, sometimes under the stated 5-7 working days.

I've only ever returned one item from the many things that I've ordered from QVC and I had a lot of problems getting my money back because it hadn't been noted as being returned to them. It took me about 3 months to receive a refund after the many phone calls to the customer services department. Although the staff were friendly, they weren't particularly helpful.

All in all, QVC is an excellent place to get some electrical items and jewellery at a rate cheaper than the high street, and I would certainly recommend QVC to anyone.
