I have been with QVC roughly 10 years and for the first time ever was sent a 10 percent off voucher, I though great its my 50 birthday so will treat myself and earlier this week had also spent roughly £300 on jewellery. Tried to use discount off diamond ring but was told couldn;t because it was on waitlist, tried again today to order £100 worth of hair stuff and it would only give me discount on one part of order on phoning was informed it was because one item was on easy pay (which i never asked for) then was told read the small print on voucher which notes in the tiniest writing ever to read their terms and conditions, so in total would have spent £400 am very dissapointed with qvc this time....why bother giving customer vouchers with so many rules etc i can understand not getting discount on p & p ....obviously they are not that bothered about long term customers, but please not qvc the hair items are sold in large department stores in glasgow at same price so will likely get mine from there s no p &p there and also the gold earrings i received came in a veronese box when they are not veronese which had me thinking i had paid a lot for silver gold plated but they seem to be gold, well i hope so as it states this on your website....
