I recently purchased some Decleor products, Experience de L'age rich cream and Aromessence Iris oil + a few extras. The Decleor rep said these were suitable for all skin types which is why I decided to purchase. Worst purchase ever. Applied the face cream to one side of my face and it burned immediately and badly. Removed it. Used the oil on the other side of my face. It took a little longer but then started to burn, but the cream was far, far worse. Five days later and I still have scarlet cheeks which burn like crazy. After much searching I found some very bad ingredients in the Experience de L'age cream that Decleor doesn't list. I attempted to post a rewiew. I was careful what I said and simply wanted others with sensitive skin to know it may not work for them. I did not run Decleor down nor QVC. The review was rejected. I tried submitting two others. Both stating the effects of the cream, but each time I made the reviews shorter, hoping they would be accepted. All 3 were rejected. QVC's first page of reviews of the item are from people who "adored" the products. This is a very dishonest way to get others to purchase when QVC now knows this product does not suit sensitive skins. I contacted QVC and told them the Decleor rep stated these products suit all skin types, so QVC know exactly what they are doing. I am removing QVC from my freeview channels. I will never purchase again from such an unethical company.
