Yes the presenters waffle, Yes, some items are things that you would never buy. Put that aside, if you decide to purchase from QVC you will get excellent service, where else could you buy a £500 Camcorder, use it for say 28 days and then send it back for a full refund, no questions asked ? Where else could you buy say a litre of cleaning liquid, use it all and send the empty bottle back for a full refund? Answer = nowhere. I have purchased many items from QVC and have never had a problem. If only some UK companies would look at the way this American based company operates, we would all be better off. Try taking something back to Argos for instance, they will check all the packaging, and then ask you why you have returned it, then if you are lucky you will get a refund. I have no connection with QVC.
