I am interested in learning if anyone else has dealt with Auction World.tv

Its the latest auction channel on sky digital chamel 651.

The presenters are awful and the channel is cheesy and cheap but the 'lots' are sold amazingly cheaply (perhapse I am the only viewer).

I would like to know if anyone else has bought an item from this company and more importantly if you have recieved it yet ?

The reason I ask is that I bought a watch four weeks ago and it has still not arrived, when the channel opened they promised five days delivery, I noticed today that most presenters dont mention timescale or say around fourteen days.

My credit card was debited immediatley but I have not seen any goods, I have phoned the company but they said we are a victim of our own sucess....I don't think so !!

They offered to cancel my order but I have refused and told them I want the watch I bid for and won....(its a smart chronograph worth £100 of anyones money and I only bid £30 for it ) I have a suspicion that if they do this with everyone then a company could earn a fortune by charging for phone calls and earning interest on money deposited and then simply refunding money at a later date .

Your experience with these people would be usefull would be helpful...

I have used qvc for a long time now and have ordered via phone, and web they are excellent with delivery within four or five days
