Advantages: On 24 hours a day, Always something for everyone, Good quality products

Disadvantages: High postage and packing costs, It makes you want to buy everything and you can't always afford it., Some of the presenters can be a little annoying at times.

If you are a shopping addict like me you will absoloutley love QVC because it has just about everything you could ever want to buy and you can buy it all from your living room at home.

I love this channel and watch it all the time you can buy anything from clothing,makeup,beauty products,hair products to products for the home and garden. Prices do tend to be quite as they do sell quality products but as you have to pay p&p on everything that you buy it can sometimes make it expensive.

Something I recommend doing is buying something from QVC to see if you like it (as you have a 30 day money back guarantee and you can return a product from any reason at all) see if you like a product and then see if you can find it cheaper on the internet. I did this with liz earle products and now buy them direct from her website and save myself pounds by doing this everytime. QVC is on 24 hours a day and you can buy products by phone,internet and digital tv its very easy to do.

If you have sky digital QVC is channel 630 and it really is the best shopping channel out there in my opinion. The QVC website is www.qvcuk.com on this website you can view all the products that QVC stock and you can see if your favourite product is in stock. QVC has a product everyday at a special discounted price this is called the todays special value (TSV) and they are very often worth buying as they're bargains.

The way QVC works you have a membership number which you obtain either from the internet or from QVC customer services 0800 50 40 30 when you register for this you need to say how you're going to be paying and maye give credit/debit card numbers if this is how you wish to pay (it is very safe to pay this way I have never had any problems) All the items that are on QVC have an item number for example 2456 789 if you see something you like you can either ring 0800 50 40 30 where you will speak to a customer services assistant who will guide you through
buying the product. Or ring 0800 52 42 32 this is QVC's automated system (this is what I prefer) and you just type in the item number and you're membership number through the phone (you must have a touch-tone phone) You can buy through QVC online www.qvcuk.com by entering you're membership number and finding what you want to buy. Or you can buy with sky digital by pressing the red button on your remote then following the instructions. It is possible to order products from QVC whenever you like regardless of wether they're on air or not.
