Ok I feel I have to write a review on this service because I have an inside knowledge. I worked for Setanta sports for 15 months. When you phoned up to subscribe or cancel then I was the person you were speaking to. The following are FACTS regarding setanta sports and their procedures.

Canceling Setanta.
Setanta make it as hard as possible to cancel the service! in order to cancel the subscription the customer must firstly phone up the customer service department, then they will pass you to the Retention department and then they will give you the address to send a letter to cancel. after all of this you must now wait for another 2 months!!

The quality of the service.
The setanta sports signal is weak, a result of this weak signal results in loss of the viewing. during my time working with setanta I would recieve 1000's of calls from customers with the SAME problem. no viewing....what was our response to these customers? "we are going to send a stronger signal, your service will resume in 15-60 mins" this option did not excist and customners would be left waiting on NOthing!

Football
The last thing you should know about setanta sports is that they will not have the "46 live premierleague matches" from 2009/2010 on. Sky bought even more matches so setanta is left with 16 per season. The only good thing about setanta is it's coverage of the spl. If you are a celtic or rangers fan then it is a must have service.
