As a regular user of QVC I found that shop appeared to be much more up beat and far easier to watch. The larger (apparent) variety of products was also a big plus. So much for looks ? I recently purchased an item as part of the channels ?Killer Deal? section and this was where my opinion of the channel takes a bit of a dive. The first problem was when we rang we were quoted the full price rather than the deal price (which was still on screen at the time). Okay right off the bat I'm going to say that I have never bought anything from this channel and never intend to so I can't offer any opinion on their level of service. But what i can do is offer my opinion on the channel in general. Shop can be found on Channel 19 on the ITV Digital network. Throughout the day you can tune into presenters trying to sell you wonderful goods. Now unintentionally this channel is one of the funniest things on the whole of digital TV. Shop! Available 24 hours per day on ondigital,satellite and cable. What is it? Well it is a television shopping channel backed by littlewoods selling all the things that you would find in a Littlewoods Catalogue. The quality of the shows....Well considering that most of them are recorded and repeated, not that brilliant. It's the truth. Honest. No matter what is getting sold on this home shopping channel, the presenter thinks it is the best thing ever and they are away to buy one straight away. Get out your credit card and switch on the TV. You are now all set for a little retail therapy. Shop! divides your shopping day, (and night),into various categories. There's jewellery, computers, entertainment (TV, video, DVD, etc), and various other sections. If you are interested in the item being demonstrated you may continue watching to see if its worth the price asked, but if you are not it gets really boring.
