Advantages: some, nice products

It's the truth. Honest. No matter what is getting sold on this home shopping channel, the presenter thinks it is the best thing ever and they are away to buy one straight away.

Well enough of my honesty, I will get down to describing the channel. This is a home shopping channel which is on Sky Digital channel 634. Products are advertised, the presenters tell you all about what it does and you see the things working, the price and why you should own it. So if you wanted something then you either go to the website to order - www.shop-tv.co.uk or phone the freephone number 0800 77 55 33, and pay by debit/credit card. Two other payment options are spread the payment over 3 months interest free, or open a Shop account and that way just works like a catalogue, as you will get a statement every month. Postage costs £2,95 per order.

The channel is on 24 hours a day and there are different hour long sections dealing with certain types of products.

Sports Shop - sells fitness equipment and sometimes sports clothes.

Jewellery Shop - all types pf Jewellery.

Shop! Selection - this is the best products of the day.

Kitchen Shop - all kitchen gadgets.

Collector's Shop - sells ornaments and collectables. There are often model cars and just now they keep advertising the Piggin' range of Pig figures.

Technology Shop - this is where all the TVs, DVDs, Computers and all other electrical items.

Shop! Preview - this is the items that will be premiered the next day. Usually if you order from the preview show, you will save 10%.

I'm sure there are more shows, but i'm sure you get the idea. All the shows that are on daily are shown about 3 times a day, so if you miss it at a certain time, you can catch it another time.

There are no adverts on this channel. When there is a break then it either advertises another Shop show which is on later, or it shows their Killer Deal. This
is an item which is meant to be at a great price.

You can also join the Shop club. This costs £30.00 a year, but if you join, then you will save 10% on everything you buy. So that would be good if you buy a lot.

The presenters are alright on the channel. They get excited about all the products and can go over the top with enthusiasum, but I suppose that is their job.

I think the channel is alright, and there is a lot of variety, but I still have to buy something. Maybe one day though.

Summary:
