Sky One is by far and away the best channel in existence. Perhaps at times slightly American, it does provide non-stop entertainment with no news, weather or any other BBC style distractions.

Its line up includes Simpsons, X-Files, Star Trek, Happy Days, Star Gate, Friends, ER, Futurama and Third Rock from the Sun, infact you name it, it has it. The new series of Harry Enfield is on sky one, Ibiza Uncovered is in its second series, the great new show Malcom in the Middle has recently started and there is always a truck load of new upcoming dramas and comedies.

The only downside to sky is the number of repeats, for example Star Trek is on at 5pm every night and then the same show is repeated again at around 11.30pm, and just like the BBC its Simpsons shows seem to repeat very quickly, but they do show two a day so they have an excuse.

The only other downside is that you need digital, satellite or cable to get it, but just about every cable supplier has it in their line up, as well ONDigital and of course Sky.

Anyway I gotta go, Ibiza Uncovered is on.....
