Advantages: High definition, life like TV shows

Disadvantages: Expensive at £27 a month

Sky HD is the ultimate way to experience home theatre from your living room.

With over 1,000 channels on demand, Sky HD provides a further 26 channels to experience in High Definition.

You can sign up to Sky HD now for only £75 with free set-up, this also includes the 160GB Box, allowing over 25 hours of stored programs, available to play back at anytime.

Sky HD is pretty much the same as Sky Plus, apart from a modernised box and the additional 26 (and growing) HD Channels.

The 'Planner' allows you to record programs, set up schedules to automatically record other episodes in the series, and with the press of a button, record a TV show when advertised on TV.

Sky HD has changed our lives, we no longer ever need to be back at a certain time, or need to remember to set the VCR. It offers peace of mind and complete ease, anyone can use the Guide as it's very self explantitory.

You can get sky HD now for only £75 set up, then from as little as £27 a month.

See http://www.sky.com/portal/site/skycom/skyproducts/ skytv/skyhd?cl=2 for more info on what package are avilable.

Summary: A great product, a worthwhile upgrade from Sky and Sky+

Yeah but you get next to nothing!

For the sports and movies it'll cost you the £57, for basic package = £27
