SkY HD is the next generation SKY box which gives you High Definition picture and Sound quality.
First check your Tv is HD ready and if it is but it !!
It has all the functions of the usual Sky + box but added a larger hard drive to record more of your faves and also gives you truelly amazing picture and sound quality.
Ok not all programs are in HD but there is a fast growing selection including Movies,Arts,Sports and Entertainment all grouped together in their own section of the menu.
I was completely sold when I visited a friends house and watched a movie in HD on a surround sound system.I went straight home and ordered mine.
Sky charge an extra £10 a month for HD and I believe you can now get it installed for around £49. This in my opinion is well worth the extra lay out.

Summary: BUY IT !!
