Advantages: Fast , reliable and always something good to watch .

Disadvantages: Turn off your box at the wall at night or suffer the motors constant noise .

I am a great fan of both Sky and SKY PLUS and can honestly say I have never had any problems with them in all the years we have been using them (we where one of the very first sky customers )
Not only do we have Sky Plus in our main bedroom ( for me to use as I have to spend hours a day resting on the bed ) but we have a Sky box in both the lounge and my 18 year olds bedroom .
In the last few years when we have had the odd glitch they have always come out at the set times and worked efficiently to get us back online again , but then this may be its because my whole family is disabled .

If you are reading this and have Sky and are like us lot here ' a load of old crocks and sickies' then did you know that sky has a special disabled accessibility line for us to use . Ah, your saying whats this then ?

Right , Sky have a special line that misses out all those 'press 1 . press option 2 etc and you just go straight through to a sky operator for instant help the number for this service is :

0844-2410333

But please be warned , dont try using it unless your disabled , because all you will be doing is gumming up the works for people such as myself who need Sky to stop me losing my marbles and going completely and utterly 'Ga-Ga '.

Living in a small fishing village off the beaten track with nothing to do and nowhere to go ,even if you could get out of the village , means SKY is a life saver for myself and my family .

If any disabled person is thinking of getting SKY now that this digital thing is coming in all I can say to you is ...............GO FOR IT , call the number and speak to the nice ladies and join me in the wonderful world of drama , news 24/7 , shopping channels ( yes, yes, yes, ) and all the films your brain can possible take in at one time .

Sky for me is a life saver and I wouldnt be without my SKY PLUS for anything now , and if an old crock like me can operate it , well come on the SKY'S the limit for you , isn't it .

Summary: The best piece of technology I'm ever going to own.
