Advantages: Easy to use, realiable and simple

Sky+ is the greatest thing to happen to television!

Okay that may be a bit of an over-reaction but let me explain and justify that random announcement.

In case you dont know already, Sky+ allows you to record shows onto the hard drive of the decoder (no more video tapes or dvds!), you can save an average of 40hrs worth of TV and can set up 'series links' where Sky+ will automatically record the whole series where you have chosen this option (you'll never miss Eastenders again!).

The real beauty of Sky+ is the usability and ease that programs can be recorded and viewed. It is a very straightforward system and can be used by people of all ages and abilities!

Another advantage is that you can fast forward through the adverts of any recorded TV programmes, and you can even pause or rewind live TV - if you missed something or need to go to make a cup of tea then just rewind or pause!

My 4yr old uses our Sky+ and finds it very straightforward and simple, the install was straightforward also although you will need to have another cable from your dish installed if you currently have the normal Sky box.

I have found the system to be very reliable and robust, it does freeze from time to time but certainly nothing to complain about.

Summary: An excellent system
