Advantages: Record what you want and then watch it when you want to

Disadvantages: Occasionally the boxes freeze and need resetting

Prior to getting sky plus, like many others like me I struggled to be able to watch everything I wanted in one night due programmes being shown at the same time or falling asleep early. When I had sky installed and bought a sky+ box all of this changed. This innovative technology which is a digital hard-drive enables you to record two programmes at the same time with just a few presses of the button. Gone are the days that you miss your favourite soaps and programmes once you get sky+. The sky+ box also allows you to set it to record a whole series automatically by using the series link function, this is particularly useful if you go out one night and forget to record your programme as the box does this for you. As well as all of this sky+ allows you to pause, rewind and fast forward live tv and pick up where you left off, very useful if you need the toilet or theres someone at the door. The easy to use menus and user friendly remote control ensures that watching what you want to watch is stress free and easy, so easy in fact that sky+ could be easily used by the older generations aswell. Once you have sky+ , you won't be able to do without it.

Summary: The essential must have appliance other than your tv!
