Advantages: range of channels, ease of use and convient

Disadvantages: sometimes re-sets itself

I LOVE sky plus, orginally I bought it for my boyfriend when we first bought the house together as a movingin presnet for him but it deffientely has made my life easier too! Recording programmes is fantastic and allows me o keep up to date with all the programmes that I want to watch however it would make it easier if you could record more than 2 rather than having to watch one you were going to watch anyway. I find the customer service from sky fantastic I never have to wait when I ring them but sometimes I find that the box re-sets itself and sometimes crackles when the weather is bad. The range of TV channels is excellent and really can keep you amused you nverr say 'theres nothing on tv' when you hae sky because the options and the different packages available are fantastic. definitely recommended to anyone who can afford a basic package of around £18 per month.
