We had sky+ installed last month, after recommeding my parents to sky and recieving a free sky+ box! Now I have to grumble a bit, because they said 'free' sky+ box, but actually we had to pay £60 installation fee (I think thats what it was). We had to wait for over a month for an engineer appointment (as they are so busy with the digital switchover apparently) but eventually our appointment time came around. Our engineer was on time, polite and worked quickly. He didn't even mind having a bunch of hungover people in pyjamas question him about how it works and looking over his shoulder constantly!

Now that the box is installed I couldn't be happier! I never miss my favourite shows, I never have to watch the fishing shows my partner likes because he can record them and watch them when I'm not there, and we can record films and save them for the weekend! If the phone rings we don't miss what we are watching, and it doesn't matter if the kettle takes longer than the adverts to boil!

I must admit, the menu screen is a little slower to load, but only by a few seconds! Anytime TV is another nice feature I didn't know about until the engineer told me! The engineer was also kind enough to give us a little tutorial on how to use our new features, and its very simple to use!

Overally really happy with the service!
