I've always been a TV fanatic, whether it was watching my Disney movies as a kid to watching dramatic rom-coms as a teenager and I would say that television is quite a big part of my free time. As a kid, we didn't have sky but I remember the amazing channels it offered when we went to my grandparent's house (they had sky digital at the time!) and it was great to be able to watch The Simpsons and Cartoon Network as much as we wanted! As I got older and started to contribute to the household bills, we decided to get not only sky+ HD but also multi-room, so my boyfriend and I could have a sky box in our room.

Our sky box offers a variety of great channels often 24/7 entertainment and has a control system where you can pause and rewind TV. One of my favourite features is that I can record my favourite shows and store them for as long as I like, and record series with one press of a button for my own convenience. There is also the added plus of being able to watch programmes in high definition, maximising the viewing experience.

One thing that frustrates me about the sky box is that the memory isn't fantastic, meaning that I can't store as much as I would like. My boyfriend and I watch different shows and its not always possible to keep everything which means some things have to be deleted to make room. There is also a downside of not being able to watch something if you have 2 programmes recording at the same time.

I'm not a majorly technical person and I'm viewing the sky box package from an entertainment perspective and I would give it a solid 9/10. It's definitely worth it as its conveniently set out into sections of entertainment such as movies, music channels, documentaries and children's channels. There are hundreds of channels to choose from and there is a search option to look up particular programmes you may be looking for.
