SKY MOVIES PREMIERE is a movie channel on the Sky Digital satellite system in the UK. It is the channel which shows the latest movies - many of the other Sky Movies channels show older movies. It is well worth watching if you like seeing recent movies.

Movies coming up this month include ROCKY BALBOA (the 6th and latest in the ROCKY series, starring Sylvester Stallone), HOLLYWOODLAND (the movie about the life and strange death of George Reeves, the Hollywood actor who played Superman in the 1950s TV show THE ADVENTURES OF SUPERMAN), and NIGHT AT THE MUSEM (the comedy starring ben Stiller). I've seen all of these films at the cinema, thanks to my Cineworld Unlimited card, but I also love watching movies at home and so I am looking forward to seeing all of these on Sky Movies Premiere.

Sky Movies Premiere is supplemented by Sky Movies Premiere +1 which is a timeshifted channel, showing the same films but starting 1 hour later. The channels are part of the 'Movies Mix' - Sky's channel packages and prices are not simple to understand, but personally I get the 'Variety Mix' (which would cost £16 per month) plus the 'Movies Mix' and I pay a total of £34 per month. Other combinations cost other prices.

I thoroughly recommend Sky Movies Premiere if you like seeing recent movies in your living room.
