Sky Movies Premier has been around for a while now but used to be known under a different name. The channel also has a +1 version so that if you have missed the start of the movies you have another chance to watch it an hour later.

-----Why would you want it-----

If you love seeing the very latest movies first, the this is the channel for you. You will be able to see five first-run films every week, that's 20 premieres each month, one year before they are shown on any other channel, this does exclude any pay per views on sky of course. For 14 hours a day there are movies to suit all tastes and suitable for all ages, with the new titles launching each Saturday and running for 1 week. There are different times during the week that the movies will play, this allows more variety on when you can watch them, and means that more people will benefit from the films that are being shown.

This channel is only available the customers that have the movies pack or the full sky world pack.

I like watching Sky Movies as there are always a good variety of movies to watch, which are suitable for all different age ranges and tastes. I also like the fact that the movies show for a week at a time and they are on at different times within that week so that everyone, no matter what there schedule, have a chance to watch them. This in my opinion is one of the best movie channels that sky offer.
