The only thing I miss about Sky (Sky Sports 1)

Advantages: top sports, well ppresented.

Disadvantages: It can't show everything

As an avid sports fan, so too is my husband and I very much doubt my daughter will have a choice, and a former subscriber to Sky, I can honestly say that the only thing I miss about Sky is Sky Sports, inparticularly Sky Sports 1.

My husband and I are huge football, cricket and wrestling fans (yes wrestling), so Sky Sports 1 is the dream ticket for us, or was should I say.

Firstly let me explain why we got rid of Sky. It was purely a financial decision and nothing to do with the service. We now have the free BT Vision which luckily comes with Sky Sports News. It's no Sky Sports 1, but it keeps us up to date nonetheless.

Now onto Sky Sports 1. What is not to like about it. Sure there are 2 other Sky Sports channels, but this is the premier channel. Here you will find Barclays Premier League, Coca Cola Championship and the Eon sponsored FA Cup. You will get all the top live cricket, rugby, tennis and any sports you can think of that the mainstream British sports fan would want. On top of that is the terrific soap opera known as World Wrestling Entertainment. I have been a fan of that for almost 15 years now, ever since getting Sky Sports in the first place.

The channel is always well advertised, all sporting events are well advertised and each show professionally put together to form a seamless package of top drawer entertainment.

Summary: The premier sports channel in the UK.
