With the US Open having just finished I really feel that I have to write and say how incredibly pleased I was with the coverage which was given to this Grand Slam event by Sky Sports 2.

Their coverage was extremely comprehensive and was even interactive, giving viewers the opportunity to choose which tennis match they wanted to watch, with a maximum choice of three. In addition they also had available, interactively, the latest scores from the matches being played at the time. Although, unfortunately you could not find out the results of matches already played.

I thought that the commentators where excellent and the analysis' given both before and after matches where superb. Their coverage of this tournament was a tennis lovers delight and my only criticism is that they did not show the Ladies Doubles final, something I found personally rather disappointing as there was a Zimbabwean tennis player involved in this match. On the whole though a huge thumbs up to Sky Sports 2 for their US Open coverage and I hope they will repeat it for over Grand Slam, and ATP, events.

Summary:
