We love Sky Sports News in our house - it's by far the most watched channel on TV for us.

It includes the latest news and rumours from the world of sport including football, cricket, golf, tennis and even egg-chasing (rugby).

SSN is great to watch when you get in from work to catch-up with the day's sporting news. It's usually delivered by 2 presenters with a series of reports and features from around the country, covering most of the sports listed above. The bottom part of the screen is taken over by a scrolling news ticker and the right hand side shows the latest football, cricket or rugby league tables - this is a format that's been copied by Setanta Sports News and by Final Score on BBC One.

The best bit about Sky Sports News is Soccer Saturday. If you're a football fan and you're not at a game, this is the next best place to be.
