ilovetwiglets Sky Plus (Sky+): ... or rewinding to hear the funny bit again! I imagined that you would get a video full of all the days tv shows so you could just watch the ones you want. Well with only four channels back then it would have been a dream. Well it has become a dream come true no with Sky plus. It s like regular sky but a million times better. The only give away on the sky box is the that there is a little + symbol next to the Sky...

KylesGirl Sky Plus (Sky+)
... have had Sky plus for just over a year now and I have had to have the digi box replaced 3 times in that space due to technical faults with it. Apart from this minor hiccup I have found Sky Plus to be very conveniant in the way that you dont have to be in the house at a certain time to watch your favourite programmes, they can simply just be recorded, and then series linked so you dont miss the next episode. I find the price is very fair, espesh for the Disney Channel which is only one pound, I will definatly be adding that to my subscription when my baby girl arrives. The only thing I find annoying about Sky Plus is that I find myself constantly scrolling through the c...

... it would appear I m the first person to ever review Sky Sports Xtra...and you have to ask yourself why? Sky Sports is massive. A multi-million pound component of BSkyB, with millions of viewers...yet Sky Sports Xtra is often the forgotten, ugly sister of the station! Sky Sports Xtra launched in autumn 1998 when Sky Digital first began broadcasting. It was originally developed to broadcast interactive programming and would be simulcast with the other Sky Sports channels to offer the interactive coverage. Of course, as technology has developed, there s been no need for this as the interactive element is now available of Sky Sports 1, 2 and 3, so Sky Sports Xtra is an ...

DarkDunmer Sky Plus (Sky+)
... is the upgraded way of watching television with Sky and is probably most famous for being able to pause and rewind (unfortunately it cannot fast forward it yet) live television. It mainly competes with Virgin Media s V+ and BT Vision and is now free for Sky subscribers. The main feature of Sky+ that you will use most often is the recording, the ordinary Sky+ box can store 80GB worth of recording but you probably will not use anywhere near that amount of storage space. I love being able to record two different programmes at once as often my favourite shows coincide when I am out of the house and I cannot be bothered to go and watch them on the small screen of my comp...
