Great entertainment but not for the 8th time! (The Dave Channel)

Dave is a channel available through free view. It's a relatively new channel and is host to all sorts of comedy, quiz shows and light hearted series.

When I first discovered this channel I thought it was a bit of a boy channel as it seemed to show a lot of top gear and fifth gear and so I didn't really pay it much attention for a while. After a while I realised it is actually pretty good and although it does show re-runs of top gear (which I've grown to really enjoy!), it also has many quiz shows such as QI which I love and live comedy. Dave became by back up channel if there was nothing else to watch as I'm always partial to an episode of QI or something similar and it's good background TV.

Lately though, I have become a bit bored of Dave as the content isn't very varied. I don't want to grow to hate Top Gear and QI because I have seen it so many times! A variation in programmes is needed as it does get a bit repetitive but other than that, very entertaining.

Summary: god but it needs more variety
