Advantages: great shows, funny

Disadvantages: lots of repeats

After a massive re-branding in the UKTV headquarters, Dave has come out of the other end, formerly being UKTV Gold 2.

*What Type Of Programmes Are On Dave?*
Dave has a main theme, "witty banter", this is the channels slogan. As you would expect it has shows such as, Mock The Week, Have I Got News For You and Never Mind The Buzzcocks. If these are all comedy gameshow type shows, which are very funny. These are on after the watershed, because of strong language and adult themes. Top Gear features a lot on Dave's schedule, with six or seven episodes of it a day, which can get quite annoying. Arguemental is a show made by Dave, most other shows aren't, where two teams argue about different topics infront of an audience, I think this is a very funny, entertaining show on Dave, possibly the best one. Other shows include; Dragons Den, Traffic Cops, World Rally and Fifth Gear.

*Who is Dave Aimed For?*
As you would have noticed from the shows on this channel, Dave is a very "blokey" channel, with a lot of shows about cars, and comedy. Not a channel for the ladies.

*Anything Else?*
There is a plus one channel, called Dave Ja Vu, again some "witty banter".

Overall Dave is a great channel for blokes, but shows are repeated often, which is quite annoying.
