What can I say about the Dave channel.... Well I have to say this. The channel previously known as UKTV G2. The channel has had a major change when it changed its name to Dave and in doing so became ten times better.

The Dave channel is found on sky channel 111 and on freeview channel 19. I don't know any other as these are the only two I have. You also get Dave +1 which is called Dave ja vu.

Since the name change the channel shows a variety of funny programs that everyone likes from man to women. There is something on Dave to please you. Dave shows mostly funny programs.

My favourite programs

On dave my favourite programs have to be Mock the week and live at the apollo. Mock the week is a funny quiz show where comedians take the mick out of the previous weeks news. Live at the apollo is basically a stand up show. There is a host and a guest star. Best bit with this show has to be the texts they have at the end of the show. People text in to the host anything they want. Could be a joke or what they think of the show and the host reads them out. Good thing with live at the apollo is that now they have different hosts and guests each time. they use to have Jack Dee as the host every show but they changed it.

Quality of programs

Every show on Dave is picked by Dave so you no they will be funny. Mostly on Dave they buy the shows from other channels like the bbc and dave shows the older series etc.

Overall

This has to be my favourite channel on freeview and definitely top five favourite channels on sky. Before they changed the name the channel showed older programs such as only fools and horses. I'm not saying I didn't like only fools and horses because I liked it alot but now its changed its definitely improved.
