How I agree with the review. It reminds me of a story heard a while ago.....
Tv detector vans patroll around schools as the kids leave off. Kids run home and tell mum ( this is a ploy to cause panic). Dad sees the detector van whilst out and about and tells the official, 'If you call at my home tell my wife I left the tv licence in the pocket of my brown suit when I bought it the other day.' Detector van calls at the mans home on its rounds of checking up for the nasty wicked evil worse than any other criminal licence dodgers and the woman answers the door. 'oh I dont know where the licence is' she protests in anxious worried tones. 'Thats all right mam. Its in the pocket of your husbands brown suit' "Wow I never realised how clever your detector vans were. Thats unbelievable!' said the astonished woman as she fetched the licence...............
All to prove that they can detect nothing really apart form the fact that you are not registered as having a licence at your premise if you havent purchased one.....!

Summary:
