Advantages: eastenders is on BBC1 !!!!!

Disadvantages: it is way OVERPRICED, even if it does work out at 30p a day, if you hardly watch, why not save 30p a day!

I really think that the T.V licence is not fare. The only thing worth watching to me is Eastenders! Its only on 3 times a week, and it is sometimes cancelled due to football.

£101.00 a year is a bit steep, if we, the people who watch BBC1 and 2, had a choice on what was on, I would not have a problem paying it.

BBC2 has NEVER got anything worth watching, so why do they charge people who don't watch it? why not reduce the rate for people who don't watch bbc2,but watch bbc1?

BBC1 is the only channel with anything half good on! and Eastendes is the only thing I watch! the rest of the time it is full of old films, football, news, and gardening/home improvement programms.

As far as I'm concerned, the BBC channels are just more channels to flick through! nothing is ever that good to stop and watch.

If people want these channels then fine, let them pay, but for the rest of us, who don't watch the channels anyway, why not let us have our £101.00 back and spend it on something a bit more usefull and what we want, it is stupid that we have to pay for something we don't want!

As for the adverts, its nice to have NO ad's during films, BUT where are all the GOOD films that we WANT to watch?????
