I have young children who get up at the crack of dawn, so I have to go to bed early to get enough sleep. I therefore miss great programmes that are on late at night. Uk gold show these programmes during the day a few months later, so I can enjoy them!. Also, they repeat alot aswell, so if I am out shopping I know I can watch it later!. When abfab was around, I listened to friends and families rave about it, I have now caught up!! Also, lots of classics 'Only fools and horses' 'Fawlty Towers' etc are shown, and although I have seen them maybe twice before, they are just as brilliant a third time round!
