The dramas on the show were boring and also the movies they shown are like 25 years old! They had nothing new at all on the channel and there was so many adverts all the time. It was like watching a channel full of ads at times because sometimes they had just too many. Some good points about the channel were some special celeb interviews on the channel. Everything else on the channel was boring and I prefer Zee Music which is free to watch rather than Zee tv.... more

Was a member of Zee TV in the past few months but opted not to stay with them. Once you join Zee tv you get the channel which will show a lot of different Asian entertainment. A lot of dramas are shown on the channel and they also show Bollywood films at times on the channel to. The channel charges 17.99 a month just to be viewed. That really is one expensive price to watch the channel is'nt it When I joined this channel I was told I would be charged monthly. They did not charge for the first month and actually gave it me for free. I was charged on the second month but felt the price was too high. Zee TV was once the number one channel for Asian viewers and maybe still is with a quite a few. Now times have changed, so many other channels are popping up to compete with them in order to keep their existing viewers happy and grab new viewers. It's on 809 for Virgin Media viewers and 788 for Sky viewers. Currently they are showing for free on Sky at the moment, those adverts just keep popping up that its free for a month. Zee Tv is the number 1 channel for asian viewers as everything on it is 100 per asian. It covers every subject on Tv to suit everyone's tastes. Different Drama serials are shown every day and there are repeats for nearly all of them; at a different itme, a different day, so that no-one misses out. Cricket matches are also popular with Zee TV viewers, and in September the Sahara cup between India and Pakistan will be covered live. Having cable tv at home, you get offered the most bizzarre channels you would never otherwise see. Being of curious nature and finding entertainment anywhere I go, I booked Zee TV for a months trial. Not being a lingual expert, I have absolutley no idea whether it was Hindu or gibberish anyone was talking but I gave it a go anyway.
