I'm A Celebrity - Get Me Out Of Here

Newest Review: ... themselves, I say sort of because there are so many professionals monitoring them at all times that they're not in any kind of danger or anything. Even if a snake gets into the camp they can get someone in to catch it! lol With it being a reality show there is a chance for the public to vote for different things. I never ring these voting lines because they take the mick with the prices and I'm not bothered either way, but thousands of people have been voting this week for Katie Price to do the bush tucker trial. This involves things like putting her hands into caves with spiders and rats, diving under slimey dirty water to release bouy... more

I've watched I'm A Celebrity since the first series and have always enjoyed it, this year it's turned into the Katie Price show and if it wasn't for enjoying watching the rest of the celebs I might have switched it off by now. This is the only reality tv show I watch, I can't stand Big Brother and stuff like that but there is something more interesting about this one. The basic thing is that a selection of minor celebs are put into an area of the Australian jungle and left to live together. They are denied basic luxuries and sort of left to fend for themselves, I say sort of because there are so many professionals monitoring them at all times that they're ...  Read the complete review

I'm A Celebrity Get Me Out of Here is a fantastic ITV Reality Show that features popular celebrities and runs every November for three weeks. It is presentby Ant and Dec and is set in the Australian Outback. The program sees Celebrities take part in Daily Bush Tucker Trials to earn stars for their meals at night. These can vary between eating different parts of kangaroos, working their way through dark wet tunnels, or drinking blended cockcroaches. The show normally lasts around 1-1 hour and a half and consists of footage from the previous days tantrums about food, tasks and general drama. At the end of the series, only three contestants remain and one of them is either ...  Read the complete review

Premium Review I'm A Celebrity - Get Me Out Of Here: I'm a Z-lister, get me out of here! (308 words)

I'm a Celebrity - Get Me out of Here is an ITV1 show, presented by Ant and Dec, which is currently being broadcast at 9pm every night. There have been several series' and it revolves around several Z-list (and it really is Z for the most part) living in the Australian jungle, with no luxuries and have to do vile trials (Kangaroo testicle anyone?) to win stars, which are exchanged for meals. The public votes for which celeb does the trials and which one gets voted out with the winner being voted King or Queen of the Jungle. Like most reality shows, it's cleverly edited and I have watached every one of them so far! This year we have various non-celebs ...  Read the complete review

Premium Review Kanagroo testicles sir? (320 words)

For those that haven't seen it (where have you been!) the idea of the show is that celebrities camp out in the Australian jungle watched by the british public. Every day the public vote on which celebrity or even celebrities they want to peform trials. To be honest some trials are quite adventurous for example one was driving a jeep across a drop keeping it on two planks of wood while collecting stars. Others are just disgusting like the one where they have to eat things like kanagroo's testicles to gain their stars. The stars are important because each one represents a meal for one person in the camp. If they don't get enough stars the alternative is beans. Another ...  Read the complete review

Premium Review I'm A Celebrity - Get Me Out Of Here: I'm firmly in Katie's camp! (923 words)

It's the run-up to Christmas, which means that 'celebrities' are put into the Australian jungle for a spell roughing it for our, the viewers, enjoyment. I enjoy it, that's for sure. The series is currently on ITV1 at about 9pm. It's now into something like its ninth series, but I only started watching it in about its fourth year. Yet every year, my Sky+ box mysteriously sets itself to record 'I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out Of Here!' It even has the audacity to series link it! And then, to add insult to injury, it starts playing said programme at about fifteen minutes after it's started (I'm not an advertisement person, my (usually) loyal Sky box knows this. So ...  Read the complete review
