... far as comedy panel shows go, this one really is nothing special. Although, every now and then, you do manage to watch an exceptionally funny show. The comedian captains, David Mitchell and Lee Mack are two of the best comedians around at the moment. With Mitchell s intellectual satirical use of language and vocabulary and Mack s cheeky northern style, the two are an unbeatable pair fit for any generation of comedy. The show is all to do with whether or not the contestants can persuade the opposing team that their peculiar fact about themselves is either true, or false. Each episode shows the games of two contestants (not at the same time). The first challenge is obviously compulsory where the contestants can win £1,000. ... is a new saturday night game show on Itv. When a member of the family had asked me if I had watched it the first week it was on I just shook my head. I was convinced that it was just another boring program where people try and win pointless prizes. The following week I was flicking through the tv and came accross it, my 5 year old son wouldn t let me turn it over all he kept saying was that he liked this program and it was really good, so we all sat watching it. I was suprised to find it was very good.
