"If you have a problem, if no one else can help, & if you can find them, maybe you can hire The A-Team." The Show is very formulaic in it's writing. The A-Team is a classic piece of 80's TV. Is is funny, filled with action & mildly violent. Firstly the premise of the A-team. You are given an idea of why the A-Team do what they do at the start of every episode: "In 1972 a crack commando unit was sent to prison by a military court for a crime they didn't commit" The crime being that they stole Gold Bullion from a Bank while under orders from a superior who was killed before he could advise his superiors of their mission. "These men promptly escaped from a maximum sercurity stockade to the Los Angeles underground." "Today, still wanted by the Government, they ...  Read the complete review

The A-team series had me glued to the screen from an early age. B.A. baracus, "Howling" Mad Murdock, Face man and John "Hannibal" Smith were the main characters who made up the unlawful, ex-military, crime fighting A-team gang who traveled the globe, helping out victims of violence. There was one catch however... they didn't work for free! <--ThePlot--> Each episode involved a completely fresh case, with a new set of badguys upsetting a completely new neighbourhood in a completely new location. This created an un-repetative feel to the series, and helped captivate more viewers world-wide. During their attempts at catching these ...  Read the complete review

The A-Team was one of the most iconic television series of the 1980's. Even though I wasn't around in the 80's as I was only born in 88, I first watched the first episode about 4 months ago and from watching it I immediately went on to Amazon.co.uk and bought the whole set. Hannibal Smith (George Peppard), Murdock (Dwight Schultz), Face (Dirk Bennedict) and B.A. Barracus (Mr. T) are the A-Team, a crack team of mercenaries who help people who are being terrorised or in trouble whilst evading the military. The story behind them is that they were sent to prison for a crime they didn't commit, they escaped and now are on the run and in order to survive they use ...  Read the complete review

Anyway, the pick of the bunch was of course the A-Team, with B.A , Hannibal and co, building a fully working and loaded Challenger two tank with night sight capabilities a 50. cal tripod mounted belt fed machine gun from two pieces of corrugated iron, a blowtorch, a wooden roof beam and 4 screws, it was immense, it was better than immense, it was....yeah, immense. ---->The Show<---- The show ran for years, I don't know ...  Read the complete review
