Ace of Cakes is a reality television show on the sky channel Good Food. The show is all about the workings of cake shop in Baltimore, Maryland called Charm City Cakes run and owned by Duff Goldmen.

The program shows all the workings of the cake shop:

the customer coming in and picking the cakes they want, the one major thing about the shop is that they don't have set designs the customer says exactly what they want and it is nice to hear the sorry of the reason they want the cake. This week a couple wanted French toast with a French mouse coming out if it for their wedding cake because on their first date they had French toast and the man joked about a little mouse coming out of the toast.

The construction of the cakes is amazing you never really think about how much goes in to making a cake till you watch one being made. The staff work so hard and long hours to get the cakes made it is amazing.

Most of the staff in the shop are friends of Duff, duff uses a lot of non traditional cooking utensils to make his cakes such as blow torches, belt sanders and power saws.

I could watch this program for hours and I have once watched it for 5 hours straight when it was a whole day of Ace of Cakes on the TV.

This program is perfect to cakes and reality TV "bliss"
