Advantages: Experience life at heathrow airport through the eyes of the staff

Disadvantages: BORING!

Airport is yet anothet of those "fly-on-the-wall" documentaries that the TV networks seem to love churning out by the bucket fulls. Airport, as the title suggests, acts as a fly on the wall of London's Heathrow airport. Here, a BBC camera crew follows around the staff and lost passengers who are experiencing the day to day turmoils of life at the busiest airport in the world.

Although there are some interesting things about the series, particuarily learning about customs and the UK's immigration laws. You can sometiems see that the staff who are "under the microscope" are clearly getting sick of camera crews following their every move, and it makes you wonder if they (or their bosses) are being paid any of our license-fee money for putting up with it all?

Worth watching if there's nothing else on the box, otherwise I'd switch off.
