Airwolf is a helicopter in a t.v. series which is shown at 8.00p.m. on the bravo channel. This has become one of my favorite shows. There are two main characters in the storylines of airwolf. Below is a little of their backgrounds: Stringfellow hawke - (vietnam veteran) played by - Jan-michael vincent He was brought up by Dominic Santini after his own mother and father were killed in a boating accident. Airwolf is definitely an interesting and action packed adventure series. The characters and theme are brilliant, especially Stringfelow Hawk - it is very original and adaptive to the type of series -a flying machine. Its a shame that the capabilities of the chopper are not displayed in the series. Its supposed to be the best chopper in the world, yet we rarely get to see its most supreme capabilities. Also, it would be better if there were more ejections from the chopper that showed off its brilliance. The chopper looked amazing and added to the shows brilliance in the way that it was presented. Its structure was very appealing to the audience, ...  Read the complete review

Airwolf is another of the classic series’ from the 80’s. Airwolf is a high tech helicopter which is capable of incredibly high speeds only seen with jet fighter planes, it also carries a huge arson of weapons from chain guns to missiles. The episodes are filled with amazing stunts in helicopters, from loops to high precision flying meters from the ground. The original series stared Stringfellow Hawk (Michael Vincent) and Dom Santini (Ernest Borgnine), then they were killed off at the end of the third series and in the fourth they brought in Sringfellows brother played by Barry Van Dyke and Dom Santini’s niece, at this point I thought that the ...  Read the complete review

I remember watching AIRWOLF as a teenager on ITV on Saturday afternoons, and I am amused to see that it is still being re-run, many years later, on late-night ITV! The show originally ran in America from 1984-1987, and was among a series of shows which made the hardware the star. The most popular of these shows was, of course, KNIGHT RIDER, but AIRWOLF and STREET HAWK also had their fans. AIRWOLF was the one that starred the super-helicopter. The human co-stars were Jan-Michael Vincent, who has sadly moved onto making soft-porn Shannon Tweed movies, and Ernest Borgnine. Vincent plays Stringfellow Hawke, the copter's pilot. What kind of a name is ...  Read the complete review
