Advantages: Great 80's series, Great helicopter stunts

Disadvantages: Went down hill after the third series, 80's technology isn't that good

Airwolf is another of the classic series’ from the 80’s. Airwolf is a high tech helicopter which is capable of incredibly high speeds only seen with jet fighter planes, it also carries a huge arson of weapons from chain guns to missiles. The episodes are filled with amazing stunts in helicopters, from loops to high precision flying meters from the ground.

The original series stared Stringfellow Hawk (Michael Vincent) and Dom Santini (Ernest Borgnine), then they were killed off at the end of the third series and in the fourth they brought in Sringfellows brother played by Barry Van Dyke and Dom Santini’s niece, at this point I thought that the show did decline as it never seemed to feel or be as good without the original cast.

The storyline started with Airwolf being stolen by terrorists during it's first public test flight, and stringfellow tries to get it back as he was the one who design it, once in his hands he denies everything about having Airwolf as he believes it better kept in his hands.

A great series from the 80’s but did go down hill in the four series after the original characters were killed of but it is still worth watching.
