Advantages: Funny! :-)

Disadvantages: Not always huge "celebs" lol

All Star Mr and Mrs is a Saturday night ITV show hosted by Fern Britton and Philip Schofield. The show has been running in series for about 3 years now in the same format which takes after the first series which originated in 1963.

Each episode of the show has 3 celebrity couples (married or otherwise) who compete against each other. There are three rounds in each show, the first two rounds all three couples compete in, and the third round is played by the highest scoring team from the first two rounds.

Round One:
The "non"-celebrity part of the couple (or least famous in the case of two famous people!) is placed in a boothe with headphones and blindfold on, so they can't hear or see. The second part of the couple is then asked three questions. The aim is for them to choose the answer which they "think" the other person in the couple will answer. These are usually funny questions which come with accompanying stories which have happened to the couples.

The second round then commences: The couples are put into two separate boothes this time, both with two padels, a pink and a blue, Fern and Phil ask the two members of the couple the same question about "who is more likely..." and the couple have to hold up the corresponding padel (pink for the female, blue for the male!). These are normally quite funny!!!

Once these two rounds have taken place the points are added up for each couple and the two with the lowest points are sadly sent away with a little prize and £1000 to give to a charity of their choice.

The highest scoring couple then go on to the final round and a chance to win a huge amount for their charity.
The final round is much like the first round but in reverse, the faamous person in the boothe, the non famous answering the questions.

For each question they get right in the final round, they get £5000 so there is a little more pressure on them to get the questions right!!!

The programme is a good laugh, and good fun family entertainment for a Saturday night round the TV. Its good fun, and Fern and Phil are great together making the show even more entertaining! :-D

Catch it at 7.30pm on ITV on Saturday nights!! :-D

Summary: A good dose of family fun! :-D
