When asked to name a famous English comedy writer, many will answer Ben Elton and Richard Curtis...however one man often goes unnoticed despite his rather impressive repertoire. That man is Armando Ianucci. Aaagh! Why has nobody reviewed this. I hope it's not because nobody's watching it. I think it's the last in the series this week so catch it while you can. Armando was quite brave to do this show as - although being behind a lot of the funniest radio and TV comedy of the last 10 years - he is not a big name or well-known face. If you're a modern comedy fan you may have seen the name as producer of 'The Mary Whitehouse Experience' and later the seminal 'On The Hour' and 'The Day Today'.
