Audiences with.. TV Programme

Newest Review: ... of the normal blend of celebrities, although not quite as much as with past 'Audiences with..' I felt. Never mind, I thotoughly enjoyed listening to Kylie singing. There was also a message of thanks for Pete Waterman, her mentor. Of course she was her usual sweet, unaffected self, ensuring that the women loved her as much as the men, although not in quite the same way of course! I was hoping she would sing her single 'Especially for you' with Jason Donovan, but it wasn't to be. From all accounts he hasn't worn quite as well as Kylie, which is a shame as he was a good looking young man a few years ago. Instead ... more

I try to catch every 'Audience with......' as I love the way the stars interact with the audience and put on a first-class performance. Kylie was no exception on Saturday night. I was surprised - and pleased - to see that she sang every song live, no lip synching....and she sang so well. Even when she was dancing, the songs sounded perfect. Not a lot of artists can do that (apart from my Backstreet Boys!) As usual, there was banter with the audience, which consisted of the normal blend of celebrities, although not quite as much as with past 'Audiences with..' I felt. Never mind, I thotoughly enjoyed listening to Kylie singing. There ...  Read the complete review

An Audience with... is usually a show worth watching - giving insight into the chosen star and always proving to be very entertaining. On Saturday it was the turn of Kylie Minogue. Of course I wasn't allowed to miss it and I had to be ready with tissues to mop up the drool of my husband!! I didn't mind watching it although I am not a massive fan as I usually enjoy this type of show. I was in fact very pleasantly surprised. The songs were very entertaining with Kylie appearing in a variety of outfits each seemingly more revealing than the last and singing lots of tracks from her most recent hits to Locomotion and even a duet with kermit the frog of ...  Read the complete review

Audiences with.... shown on ITV, is one of the best shows around these days! Since it began, there has been numerous stars and celebrities sharing their life stories - to a degree - with the millions of people who watch this programme, and with the celebs in the audience. To name just a few, there's been Des O'Connor, Freddie Starr, The Beegee's and Lily Savage. All of whom did a great job of keeping us entertained! Although they do know some of the questions in advance, some they don't, and to have them answered off the top of their heads is a hard thing to do! I always enjoy watching this programme, more for a good laugh ...  Read the complete review

Saturday night saw the latest in An Audience with........and this time it was Ricky Martin. As usual the audience was crammed full of celebrities who dance and sing away as if they are his number one fans. The funniest thing was that obviously Ricky had no clue who any of them were!!!! They took it turns to ask Ricky a question, and he humoured them with sickenly sincere answers, but he must have been disappointed in the turnout. I love Cilla Black, but if she is the best we had to offer, our showbiz circles in this country leave a lot to be desired. Ricky performed his hits, and many costume changes, in fact they were all tight trousers with ...  Read the complete review

Who like me enjoyed the Audiences with programmes. The Bee Gee's, Cliff Richard, Phil Collins. Freddie Starr, Diana Ross, Bruce Forsyth, Elton John I want to see some more, but not repeats. I want some up to date stars. Robbie Williams. Westlife, Savage Garden etc there are loads I want to see. I have now seen the Bee Gee's three times, but oh how i like them, got most of their albums, have grown up with them, cried with them when brother Andy died. It was so nice to hear the old hits and the more recent ones. Even better when Boyzone came on to sing Words with them it was fab. I also enjoyed Sir Cliff, but was not sure of that Blue suit. Diana Ross, now she ...  Read the complete review
