The Backyardigans is one of my 22 month old granddaughter's favourite programmes on Nick Jnr and it's such a sweet little show that I have found it becoming one of my baby programmes of choice recently, just like our other favourites Peppa Pig and The Wonder Pets. The Backyardigans are five little creatures who live next to one another, every morning they go outside and play an imagination game which causes the garden surroundings to fade away until they are somewhere else entirely.
