Advantages: Very interesting to see what they buy and how much it makes
Disadvantages: The presenter!
Bargain Hunt is on weekdays at 11am on BBC1. It is an antiques challenge show presented by David Dickinson. Yes he's the one with the long curly hair and beige suits! It goes like this, there are two teams of two, usually friends, relatives or partners, and they are each given £200 to spend at an antique fair, the location changes each time. They are given an antiques expert to help them but they usually totally ignore them, and if the expert says "don't buy it", then yes, you've guessed it they go and buy it anyway! One week later the things that they bought go into a real life auction. The team with the biggest profit, or smallest loss wins. If they make money then they get to keep it. I like this programme, shame about the presenter but apart from that it is good viewing.
