Beavis and ButtheadNewest Review: ... make anyone laugh. It's just about these two teenage metalheads who spend their time watching tv, working in a burger shop or destroying property. The storylines vary hugely and whilst some are pretty simple some are more farfetched. One of my favourites is when beavis drinks too much fizzy drink at work and gets hyper. He speaks so fast they think he is an illegal immigrant so they deport him to mexico! During that whole event he decides to pull his shirt over his head and shout "I need TP for my bunghole". The humour overall is pretty damn stupid but that just makes the show pretty damn funny. I would reccomend this to anyone... more |

Wow. Where to start? Beavis and butthead is a show for teenagers and particularly teenage stoners. The humour is pretty immature with stupid little things that make anyone laugh. It was a friday night. 11PM. Bored as always. Kerrang! had a poor selection of videos; 99% of which bored me senseless. I switched to MTV 2, in search of some better music: I didn't find music, I found something better. I found the best thing I possibly could find. I found perhaps the funniest TV show I have ever seen. Beavis And Butthead. Foolish? Yes. Immature? Yes. Idiotic and appaling? Yes. Appealing? A huge fat-ass definitive yes. To me, and I'm presuming to most other troubled teenagers, this is perhaps a show I can most relate to. Why? Well, take two mid-teen youths, give them a sofa, a TV with all the Music channels, a one-track (sex ... sorry) ... Read the complete review

I remember when this show first came on in America. I was in high school. I also remember the uproar it caused because the fans weren?t responsible enough to know that the title characters are a pair of irresponsible dolts that didn?t get into the kind of trouble they deserved. Granted, there were a couple of funny episodes where they did have to contend with the consequences of their actions, but many critics and a few fans alike failed to see the show for what it was: a good look at how much havoc two teenagers could cause into without getting themselves killed. Episodes were either or the 15-minute or 30-minute variety. All episodes followed a similar ... Read the complete review

Beavis and john "Armed? Armed with what?" "Uh, I dunno, bad breath, colourful language, feather duster? What do you think they're gonna be armed with? Guns you tit!" "Guns? A minute ago this was the safest job in the world, now its turning out to be a bad day in bosnia!" "Why couldn't you just put the bunny back in the box?" "How about I give you the finger, and you give me my phonecall!" "How about john comes steaming round the corner, and nuts you right between the eyes?" CHINA IS NO LONGER THERE...IT HERE! ... I have never been a fan of this show, since when has it ever been funny? How can a cartoon that is so dumb, and pointless amuse so many people? I know of people who think that B+B is absolutely hillarious, and the absolutely wet themselves when the characters talk about "TP" (yes I do know what it is!). It is no more than toilet humour, and although I do laugh at some programmes in this genre, this is not one of them. I think it is a badly animated, badly scripted show. Ok, ok I have been known to smile at a bit of B+B, an episode where they had their TV stolen, and they couldn't figure it out, even though there was a trail ... Read the complete review
